         The Paleo diet is  the  idea of  eating the  foods in  early days people through   hunting  and gathering [meat and fish, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables].
         During  modern  times,  made  other   forms of food available [grains,dairy,and processed foods] are not easy to digest .
