Olive and avocado salad
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado, chopped
- 5 cup Green Lettuse
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 Lemon, juice
- 20 Olives, half cutted
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
Process
- In a large bowl, place the mixed greens.
- Top greens with olives, avocado and cilantro.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, sage, and salt.
- Toss to combine all ingredients, and serve.

VEGE SALSA
This vege salsa is easy to make from your garden vegetables. Try this with celery and cucumber its very good to taste.It is easy to make within 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Green bell peppers without seeds and finely choped as 1cm
- 1/3 cup Roma Tomato finely choped as above
- 1/3 cup Tomato finely choped
- 1/2 Lime juice
- 1 Cucumber thinly choped as 1cm
- 1 stick Finely choped Celery
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
- 2 Table spoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chipotle or red pepper powder for heat as you like or no need
Process
1. Finely choped all Green Bell Pepper,Roma Tomato,
Tomato,Cucumber and celery mix in a bowl
2. Add Lime juice and olive oil and mix again
3. Add Black pepper, salt and chipotle or red pepper powder
4. Serve with cucumber slice and celery stick
